WWE Releases List Of 50 Greatest Wrestlers Of All Time

There’s a lot of controversy, as you can imagine, as the WWE has refused to announce the criteria by which the wrestlers were measured.  From Camel Clutch Blog:

Look I realize at the end of the day that this list really doesn’t mean a whole heck of a lot in the grand scheme of things. At the same time the list comes off as a big slap in the face to a lot of pro wrestlers that if not for their success, pro wrestling may not have ever achieved the level of success it has today. Dishonoring greats like Flair, Hogan, and Sammartino is truly representative of the twisted view that Vince McMahon has on the history of pro wrestling.

  1. HBK definite number one, good with undertaker 2 even stone cold 3….these guys were around during the attitude era when wrestling really took off……with that being said, Hogan and the greats should be higher than where they are

  2. Hogan should be number 1 he made wrestling what it is today a very very lucrative business. In his prime nobody and I mean nobod y could compare to his popularity. He wrestled did movies and had his own long running sitcom where he was the star. Could you have imagined flair or michaels in rocky 3
